Well I've bitten off quite a bit to chew now. I talked with the PDGA exec. dir. about this and we concluded it's going to take a heck of a lot more than a petition so now I'm in charge of getting the info so we can actually start taking the steps to be considered. You wouldn't believe the documentation.
